Part Intake
Local pickup or ship to our Greater St. Louis engineering facility. No factory drawings required. For large equipment that cannot be moved, we perform on-site reverse engineering at your plant.
Engineering Definition
Led by mechanical engineers with advanced degrees and years of hands-on industry experience. Capture and modeling: Industrial 3D laser scanning (handheld and CMM) and reverse-engineering software to build a solid model from the worn part. Failure analysis: We analyze the original material properties and run structural analysis and simulation to find what is causing the failure, then redesign against it. Engineering output: Production-ready solid models and toleranced 2D drawings for manufacture.
Production Manufacturing
Turnkey production: We handle manufacturing, sourcing, scheduling, quality coordination, and delivery built to our engineering specs. Your team does not chase machine shops or manage multiple invoices.
Certified Verification & Delivery
Every unit is dimensionally verified against our engineering models before shipment. Engineering sign-off, then ready-to-install delivery to your dock.
